Honeywell HAB seeks a Global Offering Manager to lead end-to-end lifecycle for Airside Systems, including Gate & Turnaround, Airfield Lighting, and Tower Software. You will drive roadmaps, coordinate cross-functional teams, and evangelize the portfolio across ICAO FAA markets.

The role requires strong market insight, VOC, pricing skills, and cross-functional leadership across engineering, marketing, and sales; travel frequently to client sites and industry events.

Qualifications

• Strong marketing and technical education background.
• Technical degree with MBA and product management experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of the airports airside market and products.
• Product management lifecycle experience with emergent technologies.
• Ability to motivate, manage and influence the team.
• Ability to influence and negotiate in a matrix organization.
• Minimum 8 years in Airports Airside domain.

Responsabilités

• Own development of roadmaps for products and solutions, mapping gaps in the market versus current portfolio across ICAO FAA and other markets.
• Conduct VOC and market research to identify opportunities based on end-user needs.
• Commercialize offerings including SKU creation, pricing and costing strategies, market research, product trainings, and launch planning.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support to identify new product introduction opportunities and execute plans.
• Develop business cases and budget requirements for new or improved products.
• Determine pricing using market data, costs, and volume projections.
• Engage with Marketing and Sales to visit tradeshows and events to identify opportunities and train the sales team.
• Prepare short-term and long-term product forecasts and reports by segment, market, and region.
