Job summary

RAWAJ, a leading beauty retailer, seeks a senior leader to drive Travel Retail, Export and B2B. You will own P&L, revenue targets and budgets, shaping a scalable commercial model across GCC and international markets.

Build a high-performing team and governance, while managing key partnerships with global brands and distributors. You will lead market-entry, pricing, and regulatory considerations, collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing and E‑commerce, and grow wholesale and B2B accounts

Qualifications

• Over 15 years in beauty, fragrance, cosmetics, luxury or premium retail.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role (Director level or above).
• Proven P&L ownership and revenue growth in regional/international contexts.
• Strong negotiation experience with global brands and distributors.
• Experience building or restructuring commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute 3–5 year strategy for Travel Retail, Export and B2B.
• Own the P&L, revenue targets, margins and budgets for all channels.
• Build and lead a high-performing cross-functional team and governance.
• Represent the Group with global brands and partnerships.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, Legal and E‑commerce.
