Job summary

Client of Rawaj Company for Recruitment seeks a global senior leader to drive Travel Retail Export and B2B growth. You will own the P&L, shape multi-year strategies and build a high-performance team across functions in a dynamic luxury retail environment.

Fluency in Arabic and English is essential, with extensive experience in negotiating with international brands and partners. Based in the UAE, you will lead market-entry and partnerships across the region and beyond.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in beauty, fragrance, cosmetics, luxury or premium retail
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role (Director level or above)
• Track record in P&L ownership and revenue growth
• Strong experience negotiating with global brands, distributors, and large retail partners
• Experience building or restructuring commercial teams and functions
• Native-level Arabic and fluent business English
• Based in UAE or willing to relocate to Dubai

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the 3–5 year strategy for Travel Retail Export and B2B aligned with international expansion plans
• Own the P&L revenue targets, margins and budgets for all three channels
• Build structure and lead a high-performing team across departments and set up operating model, processes and governance
• Represent the Group with global beauty and fragrance brands, strengthening exclusive partnerships
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, Legal and E-commerce to ensure operational excellence
• Grow wholesale and B2B accounts including retailers, corporate clients, hospitality and private-label opportunities
• Build a structured key account management framework and scalable B2B commercial model
• Lead market-entry planning including regulatory, logistics, pricing and go-to-market
• Manage distributor and partner performance through KPIs and joint business plans
• Develop relationships with duty-free operators, airport authorities and travel retail concessionaires across region and internationally
