AimGulf is seeking a Chief Sales Officer – Global Channels to lead Travel Retail, Export and B2B initiatives from Dubai, driving international expansion and P&L ownership for a luxury beauty group.

You will build and lead a high-performing team, set up the operating model, and forge exclusive partnerships with global brands, distributors and duty-free operators while collaborating with Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing and E-commerce to ensure excellence and scalable growth.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in beauty or premium retail, including leadership.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role (Director level or above).
• Strong experience negotiating with global brands, distributors, duty-free operators or large retail partners.
• Experience building or restructuring teams and commercial functions.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the 3 to 5 year strategy for Travel Retail, Export and B2B.
• Own the P&L, revenue targets, margins and budgets for all three channels.
• Build, structure and lead a high-performing team across departments, and set up the operating model, processes and governance.
• Represent the Group with global beauty and fragrance brands, strengthening exclusive and strategic partnerships.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, Legal and E-commerce to ensure operational excellence across channels.
• Grow wholesale and B2B accounts, including retailers, corporate clients, hospitality and private-label or partnership opportunities.
• Build a structured key account management framework and a scalable B2B commercial model.
• Lead market-entry planning, including regulatory, logistics, pricing and go-to-market.
• Manage distributor and partner performance through clear KPIs and joint business plans
• Develop relationships with duty-free operators, airport authorities and travel retail concessionaires across the region and internationally.
