Job summary

Yello is seeking a senior expansion leader for a leading Saudi fragrance brand looking to grow across GCC and beyond. You will design and drive the global expansion, forge strategic partnerships, and secure new brand listings with international retailers and ecommerce platforms.

You will leverage existing relationships with retail buyers and distributors to open new markets in Europe, the USA, Asia and Africa, negotiating wholesale agreements and franchises.

Qualifications

• Experience expanding brands internationally outside the Middle East.
• Strong network with international beauty retailers, ecommerce platforms, distributors or buying teams.
• Proven success securing new retail listings and opening international markets.
• Arabic language proficiency is strongly preferred, but exceptional non-Arabic candidates with global partnerships could be considered.

• Develop and execute the global expansion strategy across key global markets.
• Identify and secure new partnerships with international beauty retailers, ecommerce platforms, distributors and wholesalers.
• Leverage existing relationships with international retail buyers and ecommerce businesses to secure new brand listings.
• Develop rtm strategies across Europe, the USA, Asia and Africa.
• Identify and negotiate new wholesale, distribution and franchise agreements.
• Manage strategic commercial partnerships to drive sales growth and strengthen brand presence internationally.
• Work closely with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities and deliver international revenue targets.

• Strong commercial background within the fragrance, beauty or cosmetics industry.
• Proven experience developing international retail, ecommerce, wholesale or distribution partnerships outside the Middle East.
• Established relationships with international beauty retailers, ecommerce businesses, distributors or buying teams.
• Demonstrated success securing new retail listings, opening international markets and developing commercial partnerships.
• Arabic language proficiency is strongly preferred, although exceptional non-Arabic speaking candidates with established global retail and ecommerce partnerships could also be considered.
