Job summary

The role requires 3+ years in program management, strong data use for improvements, and collaboration with tech and non-tech teams. Dubai-based position with global engagement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of cross-functional collaboration with tech and non-tech teams.
• 3+ years of data-driven process improvements.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Advanced Excel and SQL knowledge.
• Experience defining program requirements using metrics.

Responsibilities

• Manage new and existing programs delivering difficult projects across multiple organizations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, customers and partner teams to craft scalable solutions.
• Coordinate resources, priorities, milestones, and drive delivery with other PMs.
• Own program communication and accelerate progress by resolving blockers.
• Influence design and development of strategic processes.
• Communicate and deliver business initiatives with leaders.
• Develop KPI reporting for a portfolio of programs and influence decisions.
• Engage global Amazon units to share best practices and improve outcomes.
• Manage post-launch support plans and seek opportunities to improve quality.
