Job summary

Papaya Global in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an Account Executive to identify and close mid-market and enterprise opportunities for its global payroll, payments, and workforce management platform.

You will own the full sales cycle, engage senior HR, Payroll and Finance stakeholders, deliver tailored demos, and collaborate with product and delivery teams to ensure successful handoffs.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience managing full sales cycles in payroll, HCM, HR tech, EOR, or workforce management.
• Proven track record selling complex SaaS solutions to mid-market and enterprise organizations with multi-stakeholder and international sales cycles.
• Strong understanding of global payroll, HRIS, HCM, ERP, workforce management, or related HR tech ecosystems.
• Experience engaging with senior HR, Payroll, Finance, and Procurement stakeholders across multinational organizations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills using AI-enabled tools to tailor messaging and content.
• Comfortable working in a global, multicultural environment.
• Team-oriented, collaborative, and sharing best practices.

Responsibilities
