JobItUs in Dubai is seeking a Business Development Manager for Payroll Managed Services to drive new client acquisitions across the UAE and GCC, engaging CFOs and HR Directors and building credible business cases for payroll outsourcing.

You will manage a structured sales cycle from prospecting to closure, coordinate with operations for smooth handover, and maintain rigorous CRM discipline, with UAE-based visa and commission-based rewards.

Qualifications

• Payroll/managed services knowledge required.
• Experience in B2B sales or business development.
• Ability to engage senior decision-makers (CFOs, HR Directors).
• Strong proposal writing and presentation capability.
• Proven UAE/GCC market exposure and network.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development in UAE/GCC for payroll managed services.
• Conduct structured discovery to understand payroll processes and risks.
• Prepare proposals, pricing, and scope with commercial discipline.
• Lead client presentations and service walkthroughs.
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs and manage procurement processes.
• Maintain accurate pipeline in CRM and provide visibility to management.
• Deliver structured handover to operations post-won deals.
