Job summary

Papaya Global is seeking an Account Executive in Dubai to drive new business across enterprise and mid-market clients worldwide. You will close deals using Papaya's platform for global payroll, payments, and workforce management, leveraging AI-powered tools for research, planning, and proposals.

You will engage senior HR, Payroll, Finance, and Procurement stakeholders, collaborate with Product and Operations, and deliver compelling demos to stakeholders across multinational organizations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years in full sales cycles within payroll, HCM, HR tech, EOR, or workforce management.
• Proven track record selling complex SaaS to mid-market and enterprise with multi-stakeholder and international cycles.
• Strong understanding of global payroll, HRIS, HCM, ERP, or related HR tech ecosystems.
• Experience engaging senior HR, Payroll, Finance, and Procurement stakeholders across multinational orgs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with AI-powered tools for messaging and content creation.
• Appreciation for working in a global, multicultural environment.
• Team-oriented, collaborative, and eager to share best practices.

Responsibilities

• New Business Development: generate opportunities for enterprise and mid-market global organizations.
• Sales Execution: manage full cycle from lead gen to closing with AI-assisted prospecting.
• Consultative Selling: articulate client challenges in payroll, compliance, and international HR.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: align needs with Product and Operations, and ensure smooth handovers.
