Job summary

Papaya Global is seeking a Senior Account Executive in Dubai to drive new business and close strategic deals with enterprise and mid-market clients across the globe. You will manage the full sales cycle, craft compelling proposals, and leverage AI-enabled tools to accelerate prospecting and account planning.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful handoffs to delivery, while navigating a fast-growing, multinational environment.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience managing full sales cycles in payroll/HCM/HR tech or related fields.
• Proven track record selling complex SaaS to mid-market and enterprise with multi-stakeholder, international cycles.
• Strong understanding of global payroll, HRIS, HCM, ERP, workforce management ecosystems.
• Experience engaging with senior HR, Payroll, Finance, Procurement stakeholders across multinationals.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with AI-enabled tools.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities focusing on enterprise and international organizations.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
• Deliver tailored demos and proposals to client stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Operations for smooth handovers to delivery.
