Job summary

RMC Asia is a Bangkok-based organization offering Cultural Exchange Programs across Asia, the Middle East, and Europe. We seek a Business Development & Partnerships Specialist to grow our global host partner network, drive new business, and manage strategic accounts with senior stakeholders.

You will lead outreach, coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution, and represent the company in external engagements, applying strong communication and relationship skills.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years in sales, biz development, or partnerships in hospitality or related fields.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven with ability to work independently.
• Proficient with LinkedIn and digital outreach tools.
• Exposure to international hospitality markets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with host partners and decision-makers.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities through research and outreach.
• Lead partnership presentations, meetings, and onboarding, including agreements.
• Represent RMC Asia professionally in external engagements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth partner experience.
