Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting a commercially driven Business Development Manager to expand an international client and partner network across Europe, the UK, North America and other key markets from the UAE base.

You will focus on generating new business opportunities, building strategic referral partnerships and driving revenue growth for a growing professional services organisation with advisory, outsourcing and accounting capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, finance, accounting or related field.
• Proven business development or sales experience within professional services, outsourcing, accounting, tax, consulting or related sectors.
• Fluency in English; additional European language is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities across Europe and other international markets.
• Build relationships with accounting firms, advisory practices and professional services partners to generate referrals.
• Develop and manage a pipeline of direct corporate clients requiring outsourced and advisory solutions.
• Represent the organisation at industry events and networking forums.
• Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and manage end-to-end deal cycles.
• Maintain long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners to maximise revenue growth.
