Job summary

Yello is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in international markets from the UAE base. You will identify opportunities across Europe, build a network with accounting and advisory partners, and manage a robust pipeline of corporate clients needing outsourced and advisory services.

You will lead negotiations, collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions, and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to maximise revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Proven business development or sales experience within professional services, outsourcing, accounting, tax, consulting or related sectors.
• Demonstrated success in developing international markets and generating new business opportunities.
• Strong network within accounting firms, advisory firms or corporate decision-makers.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and securing new business opportunities across Europe and other target international markets.
• Building relationships with accounting firms, advisory practices and professional services partners to generate referral opportunities.
• Developing and managing a pipeline of direct corporate clients requiring outsourced and advisory solutions.
• Representing the organisation at industry events, conferences and networking forums.
• Conducting market research to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends.
• Collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions aligned with client requirements.
• Managing the full business development cycle, from prospecting through to commercial negotiations and deal closure.
• Maintaining long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners to maximise revenue growth.
