Job summary

Interactive Brokers Group is seeking an Arabic and English Business Development Associate to join our Dubai team at Index Tower, DIFC. You will onboard institutional and HNWI clients, discuss IBKR products, and coordinate platform demonstrations to drive client adoption.

Excellent written and oral communication in English and Arabic; other languages a plus.
Knowledge of futures, options, and equities markets.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results.
Experience in financial services with trading or brokerage is preferred.

Responsibilities

Guide Institutional Clients and High-Net-Worth Individuals through onboarding and be the central contact during onboarding stages.
Be well-versed in IBKR products and services and discuss them with clients.
Regularly perform virtual and in-person demonstrations of the trading platform.
Coordinate onboarding projects and product optimization for B2B clients across internal teams.
Oversee relationships with strategic partners and drive growth of partnerships.
Participate in client meetings and industry events; assist with ad-hoc tasks.
