Job summary

Libertex Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition and partnership growth across the GCC. You will onboard Introducing Brokers, affiliates, trading academies and institutional clients while ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with marketing to tailor region-specific campaigns, represent the company at expos and events, and monitor KPIs such as revenue, client acquisition and trading volumes. Fluency in Arabic and English is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Management, Marketing or any other relevant field.
• 3–5 years of Forex/CFD business development experience with GCC focus.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a business development strategy tailored to GCC with focus on client acquisition and retention.
• Identify, recruit and manage Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates and institutional clients in GCC.
• Act as the main point of contact for partners, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design and deploy region-specific campaigns.
• Represent the company at expos, seminars and events.
• Stay updated on regulatory frameworks, competitive offerings and market trends.
• Track KPIs: revenue, client acquisition, conversion rates and trading volumes.
