Job summary

OnHires, a trusted financial services company headquartered in Dubai, is seeking an IB Partnership Manager. The role focuses on developing Introducing Brokers partnerships and managing a growing partner network.

You will search for new IBs, engage influencers and traders, and design compensation models (fixed salary, commissions, ads) to attract high-quality IBs. Remote-friendly with preference for candidates from the MENA region.

Qualifications

• Experience in IB management or business development.
• Own database of IBs with experience in onboarding from day one.
• Experience creating partner strategies with various compensation models (fixed salary, commissions, ads).
• Understanding of financial markets and traders.

Responsibilities

• Search for new partners (Introducing Brokers) daily.
• Engage potential partners including existing IBs and influencer traders.
• Attract influencers outside finance to promote the company and campaigns.
• Establish partnerships with new IBs and manage ongoing relationships.
