Job summary

Deriv in Dubai is seeking a Business Development Executive to recruit and grow high-value IBs and partners across MENA, owning the full lifecycle from onboarding to revenue performance.

You will negotiate commissions, targets, and agreements, work within AI-enabled onboarding systems, mentor newer executives, and represent Deriv at conferences and partner events. Five years of experience and fluency in English and Arabic are required.

Qualifications

• Five years of relevant experience in business development, partnerships, or sales.
• Experience within online trading, FX/CFD, fintech, or similar digital ecosystems.
• Deep understanding of IB and affiliate ecosystem operations.
• Proven track record of closing complex deals.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
• Relevant degree in business, economics, finance, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and grow high-value IBs, affiliates, fintech partners, payment providers, and strategic alliances across MENA markets.
• Own the full lifecycle for a complex portfolio, from onboarding through to revenue performance.
• Negotiate commission structures, volume targets, and support agreements.
• Work inside AI-enabled onboarding and lifecycle systems and provide feedback to product teams.
• Mentor newer Business Development Executives on partner conversations and deal structuring.
• Represent Deriv at industry conferences and partner events.
