Qualifications

• 1 to 3+ years of sales experience with a brokerage or developer firm.
• Property sales experience in off-plan projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect potential clients and manage negotiation processes.
• Plan and execute monthly sales targets.
• Develop new business opportunities through research and prospecting.
• Present ALA Developments projects to potential clients.
• Build a strong network of real estate brokers.
• Maintain an extensive database of brokers and clients.

Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
