Job summary

Marquis Home Developer L.L.C is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team across the UAE. The ideal candidate has 3+ years UAE real estate sales, a proven record in managing roadshows, exhibitions, and revenue growth while delivering exceptional client service.

You will design strategic sales plans, build strong relationships with clients, agencies and partners, oversee negotiations, and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in the UAE, preferably in real estate or property development.
• Strong experience in planning and conducting roadshows, exhibitions, and sales events in multiple cities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a sales team to meet revenue targets.
• In-depth knowledge of the UAE real estate market, customer preferences and industry trends.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Fluent in English; Hindi preferred; Arabic is a plus.
• UAE driving license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives to consistently achieve and surpass sales targets
• Design and implement effective sales strategies aligned with the company’s vision and goals
• Organize and execute roadshows, property expos, and promotional events across various UAE and international cities to generate leads and boost brand awareness
• Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, real estate agencies, and strategic partners
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in existing and emerging markets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to refine sales approaches.
• Oversee client negotiations and ensure excellent customer experience and satisfaction.
• Conduct regular team meetings, provide performance feedback, and support professional development
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and project teams to support lead generation and conversion.
• Ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations and organisational standards.
