Al Ghurair is looking for a Manager - Sales to lead the luxury real estate sales segment within Al Ghurair Development. You will craft a personal sales strategy, manage relationships with high-net-worth buyers, and guide deals from engagement through closure.

Candidates should have 5+ years in high-value property sales, strong English communication, and proven CRM and negotiation skills. UAE market knowledge and RERA familiarity are highly preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field; RERA qualification preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of the UAE property market with experience working with international buyers.
• 5+ years in high-value property sales with a track record of closing deals with high-net-worth clients.
• Fluency in English required; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
• Effective third-party management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Independently develop and execute a personal sales strategy to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Develop long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals and partners to generate leads and close sales.
• Lead end-to-end negotiations with prospective clients for optimal outcomes.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage leads and sales processes efficiently.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from client identification to contracts and handover.
• Develop partnerships with third-party agents, brokers and stakeholders to increase visibility and opportunities.
• Ensure all contracts and paperwork comply with company policies and local regulations.
• Provide top-tier customer service and tailored solutions throughout the sales journey.
