Job summary

Emirates Skywards seeks a Commercial Controller to execute the strategy for Emirates Skywards airline partners, expanding the portfolio and maximising revenues while optimising member proposition, engagement, and experience. You will collaborate with Finance, Legal, Strategy Enablement and Revenue Optimization to prepare forecasts and business cases, guiding partnerships from inception to launch.

Degree holder with 5+ years in Commercial/Sales and strong analytics, negotiation, and

Qualifications

Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) required.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Commercial/Sales or related functions.
Strong commercial acumen with ability to build business cases and revenue models.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.
Proven track record in developing and maintaining partner relationships.

Responsibilities

Monitor performance and analyse effectiveness of partnerships to ensure revenue growth and profitability.
Track airline partnerships, pricing, and pay-ins/outs; evaluate margins and accrual costs.
Develop and maintain partner relationships; oversee day-to-day operations of Airline Partnership portfolio.
Update internal/external communications; ensure accurate information for Skywards members and teams.
Prepare data-driven business cases and forecasts for partnership reviews and launches.
Collaborate with Analytics, Finance, Legal, Strategy Enablement, and Revenue teams to ensure smooth launches.
