Job summary

Emirates Skywards seeks to be an inspiring and engaging global loyalty programme within the Emirates Group. The Commercial Controller will expand the airline partnership portfolio, maximize revenues, and optimize member experience through data-driven strategy and proactive collaboration with internal teams.

Qualifications

Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) is required.
Strong commercial awareness to build business cases and drive revenue.
Solid analytical skills to interpret data and results.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage partners and internal teams.

Responsibilities

Monitor performance of airline partnerships to ensure revenue growth and profitability.
Track commercial redemption and ancillary revenue; evaluate pay-ins/pay-outs and accruals.
Develop, review and maintain partnership agreements; coordinate pricing and member offers.
Collaborate with Analytics to improve dashboards and ensure data accuracy for decision making.
Build and maintain relationships with airline partners and internal Emirates teams.
Prepare business cases and forecasts for Skywards deal reviews and partner initiatives.
