As the world s largest international airline and a leading force in global air cargo Emirates SkyCargo continues to redefine how goods move across international markets With an extensive global network industry-leading infrastructure and a commitment to innovation we connect businesses communities and economies around the world To support our continued growth and transformation we are seeking an experienced commercial leader to drive sales effectiveness commercial excellence and technology adoption across our global sales organisation This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of cargo commercial operations by enabling our sales teams with the tools processes data insights and capabilities needed to deliver exceptional customer outcomes and sustainable business growth As Manager Sales Effectiveness & Commercial Support you will be responsible for developing the sales effectiveness strategy and leading implementation of transformational projects in collaboration with other stakeholders and initiatives to enhance global sales effectiveness and technology adoption You will develop the understanding of current and future business needs across the global sales organisation enabling teams to execute commercial strategies and maximise key sales enablement capabilities including business communications adopting CRM platforms and commercial support initiatives that drive business performance and successful technology adoption In this role you will Act as the focal point for Sales Effectiveness and its governance performance tracking and continuous improvement initiatives to drive commercial capability and sales productivity Lead the creation of a commercial business capability requirements and link into Technology Investment plans and develop Emirates SkyCargo s way of selling Proactively identify future requirements to be incorporated and help prioritise Technology Investments Provide transparency and visibility on the effective use of deployed technology solutions through user reports and dashboards for Emirates sales teams and internal stakeholders to support corrective actions where required Direct the creation of regular updates commercial newsletters notifications and communications relating to product updates operational changes and emerging commercial business needs Ensure sales teams have suitable and relevant communication tools for internal and external communications Lead departmental initiatives in collaboration with all stakeholders to formulate global strategic priorities for commercial teams and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure business plans remain aligned with corporate priorities Develop and implement performance frameworks to evaluate General Sales Agent GSA partners establish Cargo Sales Excellence Awards criteria and deliver high-impact corporate events including global conferences with purpose-driven themes and agendas Develop and implement commercial effectiveness policies for outstations in coordination with relevant commercial stakeholders Direct and lead transformation and change management programmes in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of new business processes systems and behaviours delivering measurable business benefits

Qualification

To be considered for this role, you must meet the below requirements: Qualification: Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent). Degree in General Business, Aviation Management or a related discipline.Experience:10+ years' experience within commercial, sales, sales operations or business support environments.Practical experience in airline commercial, sales management and support functions, preferably within airline commercial and/or cargo sales environments.Proven experience leading business transformation and change management programmes, sales effectiveness, process improvement or technology enablement initiatives.Experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders across multiple business functions.Knowledge & Skills:Commercial and sales operations expertise.Change and transformation project management.Strategic thinking and commercial acumen.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to collaborate, influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives.Data analysis and performance reporting
