Job summary

Emirates Skywards seeks a Skywards Commercial Controller to execute the strategy for Emirates Skywards airline partners, expanding the portfolio and maximising revenues, while optimising member proposition, engagement and experience.

Based in Dubai, you will monitor partnerships, develop relationships and work with Analytics, Finance and Legal teams to deliver data-driven decisions and robust partner agreements that drive long-term value for the programme.

Qualifications

• Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent).
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Commercial/Sales or related functions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance and analyse effectiveness of partnerships to drive revenue and overall profit.
• Track airline partnership bookings and advise on pricing to drive long-term profitability; work with Analytics to improve dashboards/reports.
• Develop and maintain partner relationships and oversee day-to-day operations of the Airline Partnership portfolio; ensure systems and processes are up to date.
• Continuously enhance member proposition, processes, systems and legal documentation; keep internal and external communications up to date.
• Address partner or member inquiries, billing issues, and consult with relevant Emirates departments and partner organisations to resolve issues.
• Gather data and develop business cases to estimate uptake of new partnerships, potential revenues, costs, and margin; prepare forecasts.
• Work with stakeholders across Skywards Analytics, Finance, Legal, Strategy Enablement and Revenue Optimization to ensure smooth launches.
• Stay up to date with market trends and support ad-hoc projects and analysis for the Partnerships team.
