Rixos Hotels is seeking a skilled culinary professional to supervise mise en place across F&B outlets, ensure freshness and proper storage, and support the Chef de Cuisine with menu ideas. You will oversee Demi/Commis chefs, manage daily inventory, and maintain high standards of hygiene and guest service.

The role requires a culinary diploma or equivalent and 2–3 years in a supervisory kitchen within hospitality, ideally in pastry. UAE location with on-site work at the property.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise mise en place cooking for all F&B outlets.
• Check Demi Chefs/Commis Chefs on section and hygiene.
• Assist Chef de Cuisine in developing new recipes and menu ideas.
• Order and turnover of products through daily inventory lists.
• Ensure proper cooking procedures, portions and presentation.
• Maintain guest care and high personal hygiene standards.
