Job summary

SARA TECHNICAL SERVICES seeks an IT Support Analyst to be the eyes, ears, and hands of our IT operations. With over 300 users across 70 locations worldwide, you will ensure smooth tech experiences, going beyond issue fixation to drive real business value.

You will deliver device setup, troubleshooting, and support across laptops, desktops, mobile devices, POS, and Office 365, while maintaining network connectivity and collaborating with internal teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• 2–3 years of hands-on IT support in a multi-site environment.
• Experience with Office 365 and Windows OS.
• Familiar with retail POS setups.
• Willing to travel to showrooms and warehouses within the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a seamless IT experience to employees across locations.
• Setup devices and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Support laptops, desktops, mobile devices, POS, and Office 365.
• Maintain network connectivity (LAN/WLAN) and conference room systems.
• Identify recurring issues and design scalable solutions.
• Monitor system health, alerts, and patch schedules.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
• Own IT processes during critical operations and ensure uptime.
• Travel to showrooms and warehouses to support local operations.
• Participate in cross-functional IT initiatives.
