Confidential Company is seeking an IT Support professional to provide hands-on assistance across multiple locations. You will handle hardware, software, network, CCTV, audio systems, printers, and asset management with strong end-user support.

The role requires quick learning, good troubleshooting, and willingness to travel between company locations as needed. You will engage in basic preventive maintenance and collaborate with IT vendors when required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of hands-on IT support experience.
• Good knowledge of desktop and laptop hardware troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of networking, IP addressing, LAN, Wi‑Fi, switches, and cabling.
• Experience with RJ45 crimping and cable testing is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR, cabling, monitoring, and backups.
• Experience with printer installation and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Windows and Microsoft 365.
• Understanding of IT asset management and inventory.
• Good troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willing to travel between company locations when required.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day IT support for hardware, software, network, printer, and system issues.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain desktops, laptops, monitors, and IT equipment.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting including IP addressing and LAN/Wi‑Fi connectivity.
• Troubleshoot switches, routers, Wi‑Fi, and access points.
• Support and maintain CCTV systems including monitoring and backups.
• Support store audio/sound systems, including basic installation and cabling.
• Install and configure network/local printers and scanners.
• Assist with new user and workstation setups and IT equipment deployment.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and update documentation.
