Job summary

SARA Group in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an IT Support Analyst to serve employees across 70+ locations. You’ll set up devices, troubleshoot, and support Office 365, Windows OS, network connectivity, and POS systems.

Travel to showrooms and warehouses will be required. The role emphasizes proactive problem solving, SLA management, and collaboration with vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands-on IT support experience in a multi-site environment—ideally retail or service-oriented.
• Strong communication skills to explain tech issues to non-technical users.
• Proactive problem solving and ability to manage SLAs and triage tickets.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a seamless IT experience to employees across all locations, from device setup to troubleshooting.
• Support and maintain hardware and software systems including laptops, desktops, mobile devices, Office 365, POS, and network connectivity.
• Monitor system health, manage alerts, and maintain patch/update schedules.
• Partner with internal teams and external vendors to support day-to-day operations and special projects.
• Travel to showrooms and warehouses to support local operations.
• Own IT processes during critical operations like stock counts to ensure continuity.
