Job summary

DP World in Dubai seeks a Global Manager - Business Integrations FF to capture, analyze, and document system, process, and data requirements from acquired entities, enabling their structured integration into the group tech stack.

You will bridge regional PMI teams with Group Tech, translate requirements into BRDs and specs, and support integration plans, risk mitigation, testing, and go-live activities to ensure a low-risk transition.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering/Technology.
• Proven experience in business integrations and post-merger and transformation activities.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and control multiple workstreams.
• Good knowledge of market leading TMS systems and supply chain visibility applications.
• Project management skills with the ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects.
• Understanding of operational and finance-related activities in Freight Forwarding.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Engage with regional business integration teams to understand existing applications and processes.
• Capture and document detailed business, system, and data requirements for integration.
• Conduct gap and fit analyses against core group systems and standards.
• Translate requirements into BRDs, process flows, and system specifications.
• Partner with PMI, regional teams, and stakeholders to validate requirements and priorities.
• Support development of integration plans, migration approaches, and sequencing.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and issues early and propose mitigation options.
• Support testing, cutover planning, and go-live activities.
