Job summary

DP World in Dubai is looking for a Global Specialist Training and Rollout for Freight Forwarding Systems. In this role, you will support the global deployment of tech systems essential for operational efficiency in logistics.

You will coordinate training initiatives, liaise with IT teams, and ensure compliance and effective adoption of logistics technology across diverse regions. A Master's degree in Logistics or related field is required, along with relevant experience in logistics systems.

Qualifications

• Experience working with logistics systems development and operational training programs.
• Strong understanding of freight forwarding processes including air freight and ocean freight operations.
• Experience managing training programs and large scale system rollouts.

Responsibilities

• Act as the global subject matter expert for Tech‑in‑a‑Box systems.
• Coordinate global training initiatives for logistics systems.
• Manage training programs for global teams including train the trainer initiatives.
