Job summary

DP World is seeking a Global Director - Project Management - Logistics to lead multi-region, high-ambiguity transformation programs within the Freight Forwarding portfolio. You will drive strategy-to-delivery for FF tech initiatives, align global teams, and ensure on-time, high-quality releases while maintaining robust governance and reporting.

Ideal candidates bring 10–12+ years in complex programs, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of PMO practices, Agile/Waterfall methods, and JIRA-based

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Master’s degree or PMP certification preferred.
• 10-12+ years delivering large, multi-region product/technology programs.
• Experience in Freight Forwarding is required.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and multi-region programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead global PMO and drive large-scale, cross-regional programs.
• Define and manage quarterly roadmaps and governance for FF portfolio.
• Align projects with corporate strategy and strategic goals.
• Own JIRA/Confluence standards and portfolio reporting.
• Oversee risk, delivery quality, and stakeholder communications.
