Position Overview

Global Specialist Training and Rollout Freight Forwarding Systems in Dubai, UAE supports the global deployment and adoption of Tech‑in‑a‑Box systems used across DP World freight forwarding operations. The role focuses on coordinating system training programs, supporting global system rollouts, and ensuring consistent implementation of logistics technology platforms that enable efficient global supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the global subject matter expert and super user for Tech‑in‑a‑Box cross functional systems used in freight forwarding operations
• Coordinate global training initiatives to ensure consistent implementation and adoption of logistics systems
• Liaise with global IT teams to define system requirements and support system deployment activities
• Manage training programs for global teams including train the trainer initiatives and operational learning sessions
• Ensure compliance with standard Tech‑in‑a‑Box processes through audits and collaboration with regional super users
• Communicate system functionality issues and recommend improvements to operations leadership and IT teams
• Support release management activities including system updates, training communication, and monitoring adoption of new processes
• Assist with global operational excellence initiatives involving CRM, quotation tools, customer platforms, and master data systems
• Coordinate and monitor user acceptance testing activities to ensure systems meet operational requirements
• Work with regional super users to ensure all training tasks and learning resources are delivered effectively
• Manage global training programs for new and existing users to ensure consistent competency across regions
• Report training outcomes and learning progress to the global learning and development team
• Identify system training gaps through performance data and feedback and implement corrective training actions
• Develop learning materials including user manuals, training guides, e‑learning modules, webinars, and tutorials
• Design onboarding programs for customers to accelerate adoption of customer platform technologies
• Develop train the trainer programs for regional teams, account managers, and customer service personnel
• Create knowledge resources including FAQs, knowledge base documentation, and support materials
• Monitor system adoption metrics and implement targeted initiatives to increase system utilization
• Lead communications related to system updates, new features, and platform enhancements
• Collaborate with global and regional teams to improve system processes and training programs

Ideal Profile
