Job summary

Contentsquare is seeking an Immigration & Administration Specialist to manage visa lifecycles, residency IDs, labor cards, and related government portal submissions for our UAE and KSA operations. You’ll ensure compliance and support the local GM on corporate administrative duties.

• Experience in Immigration/Admin with KSA/UAE labor laws.
• Strong English and Arabic written/spoken proficiency.
• Excellent record keeping and confidentiality practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage visa lifecycles, residency IDs and labor cards for UAE and KSA.
• Handle government portal submissions (Qiwa, Muqeem, MOHRE, ICP) and related compliance tasks.
