Qualifications

• UAE National required.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin or related field.
• Proven UAE immigration, mobility or HR operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of MOHRE, ICP and GDRFA processes and Emiratization rules.

Responsibilities

• Manage UAE immigration operations with structured internal coordination and timely follow-up.
• Ensure accurate submission of data, approvals and employee documentation within required timelines.
• Coordinate with Global Mobility, Country HR, Talent Acquisition and providers to align case progression.
