3600 Kyndryl Middle East L.L.C. is hiring for an immigration operations liaison to manage UAE immigration cases, document review, and timely processing across HR and talent teams. The role requires close collaboration with Global Mobility, Country HR, and external providers.

You will ensure accurate data capture, adherence to UAE government timelines, and effective escalation of complex matters. Fluency in Arabic and strong English communication are essential.

Formación

• Knowledge of UAE immigration processes (MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA) and localization requirements (Emiratization)
• Experience with external immigration providers and government authorities
• Experience with Nafis job boards
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools for documentation and reporting

Responsabilidades

• Manage UAE immigration operations through structured internal coordination, case administration, data collection, and timely follow-up.
• Support in country immigration processing ensuring all required data, approvals, and employee documentation are accurate and submitted on time.
• Coordinate with Global Mobility & Immigration, Country HR, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, employees, and providers to enable efficient case progression.
