Kyndryl is seeking an experienced UAE Immigration Operations professional in Dubai to manage end-to-end case administration, documentation review, and timely submissions. You will partner with Global Mobility, Country HR, Talent Acquisition, and the immigration provider to ensure efficient case progression and compliance with MOHRE/ICP/GDRFA frameworks.

The role requires Emiratization knowledge, experience with Nafis job boards, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR/BA or related field.
• Experience in UAE immigration mobility or HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of MOHRE/ICP/GDRFA frameworks and Emiratization rules.
• Experience with external immigration providers and government authorities.
• Experience with Nafis job boards and HR systems.

Responsabilités

• Manage UAE immigration operations with case administration and documentation.
• Coordinate with Global Mobility, Country HR, Talent Acquisition, Benefits and immigration provider to enable efficient case progression.
• Ensure timely submissions, data accuracy and escalation of delays.
• Liaise with MOHRE, ICP and GDRFA for filings, compliance and inspections.
• Support HR Services and payroll-related activities and maintain case records.
