Job summary

Carrier Global in Dubai seeks a Senior Sales Engineer to drive growth of commercial HVAC projects, focusing on chillers and airside equipment. You will build relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and end users to win specifications and orders.

This onsite role requires a mechanical engineering background, 6+ years in HVAC sales, and strong ability to translate technical needs into profitable proposals, while managing a healthy sales pipeline and forecasts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• HVAC sales experience of 6+ years, with chillers/airside equipment, in the UAE.
• Experience working with contractors, consultants, and real estate developers in the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales, revenue, order-booking, and profitability targets.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities across Dubai market.
• Build and maintain relationships with MEP contractors, consultants, developers, and end users.
• Promote and secure specifications for chillers, centrifugal chillers, AHUs, and FCUs.
• Provide technical sales support, product presentations, and solution recommendations.
• Review project specifications and influence product selection during design and tender stages.
• Prepare and negotiate techno-commercial proposals to secure profitable orders.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and manage opportunity reviews and forecasts.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming projects.
• Represent Carrier at industry events, consultant engagements, and trade shows.
