Job summary

Yello is seeking a CRM Product Manager to spearhead a global rollout of HubSpot across an international network of schools. You will partner with senior leaders to define CRM priorities, own product decisions, and drive the requirements, roadmap, and governance with IT teams.

You will help establish a scalable, best-practice CRM operating model, promoting adoption and standardisation across regions in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a CRM product manager or CRM manager.
• Strong hands-on HubSpot knowledge and ability to challenge technical teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholder groups and influence without authority.
• Experience leading CRM transformation or enterprise-wide change programmes across regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead global rollout and migration from Microsoft Dynamics CRM to HubSpot across international schools network.
• Partner with senior leaders across sales, admissions, parent experience, and integration functions to define CRM priorities and solutions.
• Own CRM product decisions, balancing business requirements, stakeholder expectations, and strategic objectives.
• Drive requirements gathering, roadmap planning, and delivery governance with technical/IT teams.
• Support development of a scalable global CRM operating model with best practices and process standardisation.
