Job summary

Cognita is seeking a CRM Data Manager to own the quality, completeness and integrity of Cognita’s CRM data. You’ll migrate schools onto HubSpot and define standards to keep data reliable across operations.

You will lead remediation, mapping from Dynamics to HubSpot, and govern data quality across all live schools, working with IT, central teams and school leaders. This role involves travel across sites and time zones.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data migration, cleansing or data quality initiatives in a CRM or customer data platform.
• Experience establishing data quality standards, processes or governance in an operational context.
• Experience working across central and site-based stakeholders in a multi-site or multi-market organisation.
• Strong data management discipline with attention to detail and a structured approach to cleansing, mapping and validation at scale.
• Hands-on with HubSpot or equivalent CRM data platform, including import/export tools and basic data transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead data cleansing and remediation for each school or cluster ahead of HubSpot migration and post-live remediation.
• Define and document data mapping between legacy systems (Dynamics) and HubSpot.
• Support migration execution via CSV/Excel import or script-based load and validate data.
• Own ongoing governance of CRM data quality and completeness across all live schools.
• Establish processes that promote accurate data capture at key points in the Sales and Parent Experience journey.
• Partner with CRM Insights and Analysis Manager to define and own KPIs that measure data quality and completeness.
• Raise HubSpot configuration/UI improvements for data capture in coordination with the Business Analyst.
• Provide data quality reporting to school-level and central teams.
• Maintain a repeatable data standard and playbook for migration and governance.
