Job summary

NADIA Recruitment & Management Consultants is looking for an experienced HR Generalist in Abu Dhabi to manage day-to-day HR activities for a 100+ employee multinational client. You will ensure UAE Labour Law compliance, coordinate with the headquarters, and support recruitment, payroll, onboarding and employee relations across the GCC region.

The role requires strong English communication, independence, and the ability to navigate an international, multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Strong hands-on HR Generalist experience in multinational setting.
• Proven UAE Labour Law knowledge and GCC practices.
• Experience supporting 100+ employees.
• Excellent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and policies.
• Recruitment cycle from sourcing to hiring.
• Payroll coordination and accuracy.
• Onboarding and documentation.
• Support employer branding and recruitment events.
• Coordinate with international HQ on HR reporting.
• Travel internationally when required.
