Career Gulf in Abu Dhabi is seeking an HR Generalist to oversee recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing staff administration for local and overseas Chinese personnel. You will coordinate interviews, background checks, and visa processes, and maintain accurate personnel files in line with company policies.

You will also manage attendance, performance tracking, compliance with UAE and Saudi-related regulations, and employee relations, while generating HR reports for management.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, Admin Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of HR experience in overseas Chinese enterprises.
• Candidates with prior experience in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East region are preferred.
• Solid understanding of the six core HR modules; familiarity with overseas Chinese companies HR practices is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
