Job summary

NADIA is seeking an experienced HR Generalist in Abu Dhabi to manage day-to-day HR activities for a diverse, 100+ employee workforce. The role requires strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and GCC practices, with independent ownership of HR matters and coordination with the international headquarters.

You will lead recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, and employee relations in a fast-paced multinational setting, traveling as needed to support global HR objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required.
• Strong hands-on HR Generalist experience within a multinational organization.
• Proven experience supporting 100+ employees.
• Excellent knowledge of UAE Labour Law.
• Awareness of GCC employment practices.
• Experience with payroll, onboarding and employer branding is a plus.
• Experience reporting to overseas/headquarters is preferred.
• Excellent command of English.

Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of HR activities for 100+ employees.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
• Manage recruitment lifecycle across multiple vacancies.
• Coordinate onboarding and related documentation.
• Support payroll activities and data accuracy.
• Contribute to employee relations and HR administration.
• Maintain confidential employee records and reports.
• Coordinate with international headquarters on HR matters.
• Provide HR guidance to employees and management.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Support an international, multicultural workforce and travel as needed.
