Job summary

Client of Emerald Zebra Talent Solutions seeks a Chief Growth Officer to define and execute the commercial strategy for retail and institutional trading. You will lead a multi-desk, multilingual sales organisation focused on client acquisition, conversion, retention and revenue growth across professional trader segments.

Responsibilities include owning sales performance, budgeting, commissions design, and full P&L for funded accounts, deposits and trading volume.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of sales experience in online brokerage, CFDs, FX, multi-asset trading or financial services.
• 4+ years leading sales teams of 10+ people across multiple regional desks.
• Fluent English is required; fluent Arabic preferred; Mandarin/Hindi/Spanish/Russian a plus.
• Proven track record delivering revenue, funded account and deposit targets in a regulated brokerage environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the commercial strategy for retail and institutional trading.
• Lead a multi-desk, multi-language sales organisation driving client acquisition, conversion, retention and revenue growth.
• Own sales performance, budgeting, commissions design and full P&L for funded accounts, deposits and trading volume.
• Build and scale multilingual sales teams, set KPIs and coach for pipeline quality and conversion.
