Foraxis in Dubai seeks a senior marketing/growth leader to own the complete growth engine, from traffic acquisition to activation, trading activity and retention. You will drive CAC/ROAS, expand across CFDs, futures and perpetuals, and build influencer partnerships while coordinating with compliance and legal teams.

The role requires 5–10+ years of marketing/growth in trading/fintech with proven results, managing large budgets, and delivering revenue growth across international markets.

Competenze

• 5–10+ years of marketing/growth experience with direct experience in trading/fintech.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute global trader-acquisition strategy.
• Manage performance channels (Google, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, X).
• Build and scale international affiliates and IB networks.
• Lead CRM retention, retargeting and reactivation programs.
• Create market-entry strategies for priority international markets.
