Job summary
Emerald Zebra on behalf of our client, a regulated multi-asset CFD broker, is seeking a Chief Growth Officer based in Dubai, UAE. This senior leadership role has full ownership of the retail sales business across MENA, Asia, LATAM and other emerging markets, reporting to the CEO.
You will define the commercial strategy for the retail and institutional trading business, lead a multi-desk, multi-language sales organisation, manage budgets, commissions and incentives, and partner with Marketing,
Qualifications
- 8+ years of sales leadership experience in financial services.
- Proven track record delivering revenue and targets in regulated brokerage.
- Experience leading multilingual sales teams across regions.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute retail and institutional sales strategy across regions.
- Lead a multi-language sales organisation with KPIs and career progression.
- Own P&L, budgets, commissions and incentive design to maximise revenue.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Onboarding, Compliance and Product teams.
- Represent the business at industry events and client forums.
