Job summary

High Street Resources, a fast-growing digital asset infrastructure group headquartered in Dubai, seeks a Chief Business Officer to lead the global commercial strategy and revenue growth. You will build and lead the international commercial organization, drive revenue across markets, and shape the go-to-market approach.

Reporting to the CEO, you will manage enterprise client relationships, negotiate strategic deals with banks and fintechs, and build scalable sales processes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial leadership experience.
• Experience leading international enterprise sales teams.
• Experience selling complex B2B solutions to financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Own global revenue and commercial performance.
• Develop and execute the company's commercial strategy.
• Lead international expansion across MENA, Africa, and Southeast Asia.
• Define market priorities and regional growth plans.
• Build scalable sales processes and commercial operations.
• Drive customer acquisition and long‑term revenue growth.
• Lead strategic negotiations with banks, fintechs and enterprise clients.
• Cross‑sell the company's full product suite across existing relationships.
• Partner with Product, Engineering and Executive Leadership teams.
