Job summary

Yello is seeking a senior Growth Leader to define and execute its global growth strategy while leading market entry and expansion across international markets. The role focuses on developing strategic government and enterprise partnerships and aligning BD, partnerships and marketing toward a unified growth agenda.

You will drive commercial planning, forecasting and performance management, build scalable operating models, and mentor a high-performing international team to sustain ambitious growth

Qualifications

• 15+ years' experience in growth, commercial, business development or sales leadership roles.
• Proven success selling complex technology, transformation or consulting solutions into government and/or enterprise customers.
• Experience leading international expansion and multi-country growth initiatives.
