Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Retail Marketing or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Own the development and performance of key product portfolios across international retail markets.
• Translate global brand and category strategies into local market plans.
• Lead retail marketing initiatives, seasonal activations and promotional campaigns to drive growth.
• Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance customer experience and brand consistency.
• Manage portfolio forecasting, assortment planning and retail performance analysis.
• Partner with retail, supply chain and global stakeholders to optimise execution and commercial results.
• Support new retail market launches through impactful customer engagement and in-store activation strategies.
• Monitor market trends, consumer insights and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage external agencies and suppliers to deliver high quality marketing and merchandising solutions.
• Conduct regular market visits to ensure excellence in retail execution and adherence to brand standards.
