Qualificações

• Proven experience in commercial leadership, business development, partnerships, or growth roles.
• Track record of delivering revenue growth within B2G and/or B2B environments.
• Experience engaging with government entities, procurement processes, and senior decision-makers.
• Strong leadership experience managing commercial, partnerships, or business development teams.
• Fluent Arabic and English communication skills are highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute GCC growth and commercial strategies.
• Lead business development initiatives across government and enterprise sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior public and private sector stakeholders.
• Drive tender, RFP, and procurement opportunities through to successful completion.
• Lead and develop a commercial team focused on revenue growth and market expansion.
• Manage pipeline development, forecasting, and commercial performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and convert new opportunities.
