Job summary

Yello seeks a senior marketing leader to helm an ultra-luxury real estate, hospitality and lifestyle portfolio. You will set the creative direction, shape distinct brand identities, and partner with ownership to influence long-term strategy across multiple developments and concepts.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, drive world-class agency collaborations, and translate architecture and experience into compelling brand worlds that redefine luxury marketing.

Qualifications

• Senior marketing leader from a top tier design led development or adjacent luxury environment.
• Experience repositioning brands at the highest end of the market with a clear POV on creativity, design and customer experience.
• Experience across complex portfolios where real estate, hospitality, architecture, lifestyle and brand intersect.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall marketing function across an ultra luxury real estate, hospitality and lifestyle portfolio.
• Set the creative direction and define how the brand leads the luxury market.
• Shape brand architecture across multiple businesses and concepts with distinct identities.
• Partner with owner and senior leadership to influence long-term brand strategy and major creative decisions.
• Direct agencies, designers, partners and suppliers to deliver world-class work.
• Lead and elevate a multidisciplinary team across brand, digital, PR, communications and channel marketing.
• Translate architecture, design, hospitality and experience into compelling brand worlds.
